Our mission is to preserve and promote Vietnamese heritage by educating the community about Vietnam's rich history and vibrant culture through our temple. For over 60 years, our temple dedicated to the Mother Spirit has been a sacred space lovingly maintained by four generations, fostering pride in our roots while celebrating our place in Portland’s diverse cultural mosaic. Rooted in the Đạo Mẫu tradition, which honors female deities and blends Buddhist and Taoist influences, our family’s journey from Vietnam to Oregon reflects resilience, cultural preservation, and the pursuit of education. Through interactive programs, arts workshops, and community partnerships, we provide immersive learning experiences that connect people of all ages to Vietnamese traditions.The Luong Ancestry Foundation is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and ensuring our heritage thrives.
